Building the Thing You Will Sell

Your shop sells one small thing done well, not everything done badly.

Four ideas go in. One idea comes out โ€” the one you will actually make.

๐ŸŽ’ What you need

โœ‹ Do this

  1. Take the customer face from module two. Pick ONE thing you could make for them with a pencil, paper and Claude's words. Signs for market stalls. Birthday cards. A neat price list. Labels for jars.
  2. Tell Claude who your customer is and what you will make, then ask: 'Give me six short lines I could write on a market sign for a tomato seller.' Choose the two you like.
  3. Ask Claude to check your spelling in English and in your home language. Fix what is wrong.
  4. Now make it by hand. Draw the sign, the card, the list. Neat lines, big letters, real colour. This is your sample.
  5. Show the sample to three people. Ask: 'Would you want this?' Write down all three answers, even the rude ones.
  6. Make version two, better, using what those three people said.

๐Ÿ’ก Why it works

Claude is good at words and options, but it cannot hold a pencil or hand a card to your auntie โ€” that part is yours, and that is the part people pay for. Making one sample and showing it to three humans is how real businesses test an idea before spending anything.

๐Ÿ”ฅ Challenge

Make your sample so good that one of the three people asks to keep it.
