Four lines, and the whole introduction is done. Russians really do say exactly this.

🎒 What you need

a friend, sibling or parent
ten minutes
the phone once, to check the audio

✋ Do this

Learn the four lines. Meня зовут literally means 'they call me' — Russian does not say 'my name is'.
Check the pronunciation once on the phone, especially зовут — za-VOOT, punch on the second half. Then put the phone away.
Practise both halves with a sibling, swapping roles so you have asked as well as answered.
Now do it for real with somebody who has not watched you practise. Greet them, ask their name, give yours, say очень приятно.
Write the four lines out in Cyrillic on cardboard, by hand, and hang it up. Every letter on that card is one you can now read.
Finish with до свидания. You have had a conversation in Russian.

💡 Why it works

An introduction is the one conversation you will repeat for the rest of your life in this language, so it is the right thing to own completely. Doing it once, live, without a script, is what turns four memorised lines into something you can actually use.
